For each scene each key (NOTE ON + VELOCITY) of each octave changes a single or more effects (depending on the scene) and, more important, you can customize the “direction” of a scene (linear speed/rotation speed/general brightness and so on) thru specific fields (NOTE ON, VELOCITY ON, AFTER TOUCH, PITCH BEND and CONTROL CHANGE).
